• Eversys coffee machines’ diagnosis, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Crown Digital is looking for someone who is/has

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driver’s Licence (preferred).
• Experience in operating and maintaining coffee machines (preferred).
• No working experience required
• Is neat, tidy, and attentive in their work.

• Comfortable working in proximity to robots, and would like to make a switch to tech operations.
• Able to carry heavy items.
• Able to work on weekends (on a rotation basis within the team).

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidates are expected to: -

• Source for suppliers and assist in preparing quotation(s) to support operations
• Assist with verification of worker overtime hours
• Assist with security clearance for entry to restricted areas
• Answer phone calls, create spreadsheets and file documents where necessary
• Handle general administrative and clerical duties
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative or event-related duties if required

Requirements

A successful candidate will possess: -

• A minimum GCE N Level qualification
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Resourcefulness to find solution(s) to operational issues
• Immediate availability

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8am to 5:15pm
• Alternate Sat: 8am to 12pm (work-from-home arrangement)

Client is a financial institution looking to hire a contract Senior HR Executive. Role is a payroll maker. Up to $5,500 per month.

Duration: 8 months contract (Maternity Cover)

Location: Raffles Place

Salary: Up to $5,500 + Completion Bonus

Your new role

Responsible for the full spectrum of HR administration which includes recruitment, training, payroll etc.

· Assist and support in the HR administration which includes recruitment, benefits, payroll, income tax, offboarding, government related claims, etc.

· Maintain and ensure employee data are up to date in HRIS (Workday).

· Submit purchase requisition and follow up with Finance on payment. Provide cost allocation for internal recharges.

· Preparation of HR reports and surveys such as headcount, payroll, etc.

· Assist in training enrolment, sourcing training courses for employees and follow up with funding claims from government, whenever applicable.

· Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

What you'll need to succeed

· Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

· Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in payroll operations or related area

· Proficiency in Workday an added advantage
