Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Java Support Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing Java-based applications and ensuring smooth system operations.

This role requires collaboration with development teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 support for Java-based applications
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with development team to identify and resolve software defects.
• Participate in root cause analysis for production errors and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation related to troubleshooting steps, issue resolution, and system processes.
• Assist in the deployment of application updates and patches.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and support KPIs.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases - MSSQL.
• Familiarity with web services (RESTful/SOAP) and APIs.
• Experience in troubleshooting application issues, including log analysis.
• Basic understanding of application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, etc.).

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

To coordinate between Application and Infrastructure Teams to implement the Infra Requirements for Applications

Responsibilities and Duties:

• To coordinate in setting up Infrastructure and support Application Infra needs

• Ensure Operating system, Middleware, Database performance ,Security /Bug fix patches , EOS and security (ISCD) compliance in accordance to the bank standards

• Provides hands on technical expertise (SME) , senior level technical guidance to application team as necessary

• Assist and respond promptly to incident, investigate and provide temporary/permanent resolution to incidents escalated with respect to Middleware/ Operating system/ database performance, capacity, resiliency , stability, replication and other key aspects

• Researching and recommending solution that best meet business needs and enterprise operational requirements

• Provide technical support to application development teams

• Evaluate release of Middleware, Operating system, Database components and its tools to ensure entire environment is complaint with no/minimal impact

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, DevOps, Other Container platforms

• Knowledge in Linux OS, Wintel OS, MariaDB or Any Other databases

• Knowledge in Networking (F5 GTM/LTM or any other SLB)

• 5 Years minimum professional experience and 3 Years minimum relevant experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sea Freight Executive to manage and coordinate sea import shipments. This role includes handling customs permits, organizing documentation, and ensuring that all shipment processes align with company procedures. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to work effectively with clients, agents, and service providers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Sea Import and Export shipments by opening files, maintaining documents, and updating shipment statuses using Sysfreight software
• Advise clients on shipment arrival details and arrange deliveries
• Process invoices accurately, ensuring correct currencies and verification of shipment weight and volume
• Handle customs declaration for Import and Export permits
• Verify Bill of Lading, invoices, and all shipment-related documents
• Arrange transportation for pick-up or delivery as needed
• Maintain communication with clients, overseas offices, and agents professionally through various channels
• Ensure work aligns with company SOP and escalate irregularities as needed
• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and service providers for seamless operations
• Suggest improvements in processes for cost control and customer service enhancements
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sea freight coordination
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Sysfreight software is an advantage
• Able to work independently and communicate professionally
