JOB SCOPES:

• Manage onboarding activities for newly hired University staff:

1. Ensure pre-employment requirements are completed for new hires
2. Schedule onboarding and conduct orientation sessions
3. Prepare on-boarding documents including network account passwords, staff card etc

• Handle Work/Staff Pass administration which includes the following:

1. Administer timely and accurate processing of work pass application and renewals
2. Cancellation of work pass for terminated employees
3. Provide advice on work pass related matters

• Ensure all on-boarding operations, work pass processes and other requests are executed accurately and timely within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
