Your Day in The Life

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Scope:

• Support 360 marketing communication activities behind the Brand and Festival campaign. This would entail project management and liaison with creative and media agencies to drive delivery of exciting campaign materials.
• Support marketing activities to Partners (private companies, social agencies etc) to amplify initiatives with partners. This can range from producing marketing assets like collaterals and videos showcasing the partnership, organising events and being a brand custodian.
• Support marketing activities including producing marketing assets and overseeing marketing activations by the agencies to meet business objectives.

· Provides Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application support to client/customer’s users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting and solving problems, and maintaining all the applications implemented by Aristou for the clients/customers.

· Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.

· Initiate handover after each project Go Live from the project functional team to Helpdesk. You are to learn the project scope, the accompanied change requests, project issues, client’s key stakeholders, etc to ensure continuous and seamless support.

· You can clarify with the functional consultants of the project initially on all issues to provide the necessary support after the handover but you are expected to be self-reliant in 3 to 4 months after the handover.

· As the Helpdesk scope of work may vary from client to client, you are to seek clarify for each client’s scope of work. Generally, there are two types of scope of work.

· Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation of issue logs, response, and resolution times.

· Monitoring compliance with service agreements.

· Improves system performance by identifying problems and proactively recommending changes.

· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.

· Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

1. Provide administrative support to the leasing team such as:

• Preparation of lease documents, license agreements and other contractual agreements
• Keeping track of lease documents
• Data entry and update of vacancy listings, tenant listings, and other necessary database to ensure that the database is up to date
• Prepare leasing and marketing reports
• Take down minutes during meetings
• All other leasing activities as required

2. Participate in marketing and advertising activities such as:

• Helping out in marketing events
• Apply for new/renew advertising space and banners
• Coordinating the publication of classified ads
• Liaise the artwork with publication houses
• Monitoring and update any online listings or ads that we may have

3. Perform any other duties from time to time as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Estimate the sales of maintenance components.
• Create the required quotes and engage in negotiations with clients.
• Keep track of and update the sales status.
• Create the required reports for sales and quoting work.
• Release job instructions and other pertinent materials for the project.
• Support the creation and upkeep of software used in sales.
• Coordinate work-related issues with other departments.
• Report to the supervisor on any issues with the division.
