Wyse Active Hub, located nect to Jurong East MRT station, is the newly opened Singapore's largest badminton facility. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for badminton and event management, to join our new team, to oversee the seamless operation of events, from conception to completion. The Events Executive will work closely with internal teams, players, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, memorable experiences for participants and audiences alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination:

• Assist in the conceptualization and planning of events and tournaments.
• Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, venue preparation, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients, teams, and external partners to understand event requirements and expectations.
• Develop event timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
• Ensure all event activities adhere to timelines, objectives, and safety standards.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for event materials, equipment, catering, and other requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including sponsors, participants, team members, and the public.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage payments within the event budget.
• Ensure compliance with event contracts and agreements
  

On-Site Event Management:

• Supervise event setup, including equipment, signage, and participant coordination.
• Manage on-site operations, ensuring that event logistics run smoothly and address any issues that arise in real-time.
• Coordinate with security, hospitality, and customer service teams to ensure the event is safe, enjoyable, and runs smoothly.
• Oversee the event staff and volunteers to ensure a positive experience for all attendees

Marketing & Promotion Support:

• Support the marketing team in promoting events through digital and traditional channels.
• Assist in creating promotional content (posters, social media posts, etc.) to drive registration, attendance and engagement.
• Assist with participant registration, event branding, and media coverage.
  

Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as the main point of contact for event participants, attendees, and staff.
• Ensure a positive experience for all involved by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions when necessary.
• Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders post-event to help improve future events.
  

Reporting & Administrative Support:

• Maintain event documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare post-event reports, including analysis of success metrics, participant feedback, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and other legal requirements.
