Scope:

• Daily administrative supports/ clerical duties, such as customer relations, handle course enquires, fee collections, front desk duties, basic IT supports, stage performance supports, studio recording supports, and etc.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned.

Pre-requisites :

• Relevant experience working in Chinese enrichment centre
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Both written and spoken) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers in person and via phone/ emails/ texts.
• IT literate and competent (i.e. Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc)
• Good communication, time management and organization abilities.
• Able to work on Saturdays and Sundays, 5-day work week (rest days during weekdays).
• Work locations at Toa Payoh and Upper East Coast

• Supervise students at the GEAR-Up Room
• Ensure that students tidy-up the GEAR-Up Room and canteen area before they leave.
• Ensure that all equipment is cleaned, switched off (if applicable) and put back at their allocated location after use.
• Work with TIC to organize or conduct structured activities at the GEAR-Up Room.
• Supervise and ensure safety of students in the GYM room
• Clean the gym room and the sports hub.
• Any other duties as assigned by School Leaders.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the team including managing of staff administrative matters such as staff's attendance, discipline and arranging of covering staff
• Providing comprehensive office management support to ensure the smooth running of the office
• Overseeing administrative tasks such as managing stationery and office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating meeting room bookings
• Assisting with event and client visit coordination, including catering, logistics and hospitality
• Responding to inquiries and requests from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient office management processes

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an office management or administrative support role
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Requirement:

• Willing to work in shifts to provide rotational 24/7 shift application support duties (Need to support including night shift, weekends and public holidays).
• Has experience or knowledge on Incident and Problem management.
• Health check and monitoring production system and job scheduling to ensure SLA is meet.
• Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance and reliability throughout the software stack.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to resolve these issues before they become a problem.
• Continuous improvement of the system, e.g. job automation, performance tuning.
• Should be able to identify and fix the bugs.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience on troubleshooting the applications run on full stack preferably in Java, Spring-boot, Microservices.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Banking or Anti money laundering.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in production support in banking applications running on Windows and Unix environments.
• Perform code packaging end to end until release to Production, the maintaining application is done by the Production team
• Should have strong hold on SQL server/Oracle databases and able to write/debug the SQL programs.
• Good knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows environment and scripting.
• Hands on experience on monitoring tools like Grafana has added advantage.
• Should be open to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge on GIT Bitbucket and Jenkins has added advantage.
• Knowledge on Actimize/Hadoop has added advantage.
