• 2-3 years of experience in trade operations, international logistics, or related fields. Experience with trade finance instruments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, logistics, and risk management.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling trade documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, regulations, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Culture Building:

• Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee morale.
• Foster a sense of community through team-building activities, workshops, and community service projects.

Event Planning and Coordination:

• Organize and execute engaging events, parties, and celebrations that bring employees together and enhance camaraderie.
• Plan and coordinate workshops, talks, and exercise sessions that promote well-being and personal development.

Employee Engagement:

• Gather feedback from employees to understand their needs and preferences, using insights to improve engagement initiatives.
• Lead efforts to create an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and connected.

Community Involvement:

• Partner with local organizations to create volunteer opportunities and initiatives that benefit the community.

Communication and Promotion:

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and initiatives simultaneously.
