The role

This role requires an experienced professional with strong corporate governance knowledge and ensure compliance with the relevant regulations to deliver efficient corporate secretarial services ranging from public to variable capital companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee their corporate secretarial needs.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SGX Listing Rules, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update registers, minutes book, and statutory records.
