- As a Business Applications Analyst at YMCA of Singapore, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our business application systems that support our core organisational functions such as Finance, Human Resources, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). - Educational Background:

The Role:

• To generate, maintain and further develop sales forecasts for allocated customers’ accounts.
• To develop a new customer base through cold-calling, relationship management and industry contacts to maintain strong account relationships with the customers.
• To work cross-organizationally to co-ordinate pre-sales, professional services and support resources to drive successful solutions for customers.
• To achieve sales quota through identifying and gaining business from customers or new prospects and ensuring customer’s satisfaction through the products and services provided.
• To have a good understanding of IT products, solutions and services
• To participate in development of value propositions and to negotiate successfully to close sales.
• To report on customer activities and general market activities at weekly sales meeting review.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 to 3 sales experiences in the IT sector, preferably in end-to-end IT solutions or systems integration.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Track record of consistent sales quota achievement
• Results-driven to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to understand business problems and needs of prospects/clients and able to qualify sales opportunities.
• Possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.
