Your role

Our major Oil and Gas Downstream Client is looking for General Support Services/Logistics Coordinator who will oversee and execute the logistics operations at site during Turnaround (TA) to ensure they are executed safely and effectively. You will coordinate inputs from the multi-disciplinary leads to ensure their logistics needs are planned and met. You will also develop and implement the Logistics Plan for an assigned turnaround.

You will work with the TA team to set up and manage temporary facilities for the assigned turnaround to meet TA timeline requirements as well as perform cost estimates for TA logistics costs. You will working with staff and contractors to ensure their transport arrangements (buses, pick-ups, lorries) are in place and operating efficiently during TA.

In addition, you will provide scope for the logistics contracts and work with the CP focal point to ensure contracts are set up and activated as per TA timescale. You will need to be familiar with TA contracting strategy and how TA logistics activities impact the overall TA cost and schedule. You will raise MOCs for temporary facilities such as electrical power, water pipelines, tentages and office cabins. This includes liaison and applications for licenses with relevant Government authorities such as SCDF, BCA & NEA. You will provide basic HSSE analytics and metrics support to the TA HSSE Advisor who is the site Focal Point for HSSE which includes consolidating daily statistics reports / charts updates / E-tracking for NEA and data analysis, as well as updating of quantity and disposal cost into the cost spreadsheet for tracking by TA Cost Engineer / Environment. You are also required to schedule SLT walk-about / assurance for Pre-TA/During-TA HSSE and follow up with calendar schedule invitation.

• Planning of resources used at TA site
• Order and determine the number, locations and allocation of skid bins, waste bins and porta-toilets. Plan for regular cleaning and waste collection schedule
• Collate and work with Seraya/ PCS on the application, cancellation and issuance of TA passes. PCS passes must be applied by Shell staff. Support in Jurong Island passes application for TA related contractors
• Raising the Management of Change (MOC) and oversee the order of Blast Resistance Modules (BRM) and containers, including permits/licenses for the structures.

• Liaise with vendors for TA Awareness stickers, barricade tapes and banners for follow up with Purchase Request including planning for delivery to site.

Our client, a leading quality food provider and wholesaler, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Senior Sales Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategy to secure new customers
• Maintain good customer relationship with customer to increase sales growth
• Attend to customer enquiries/issues and resolve in a timely manner
• Achieve monthly sales target as KPI set
• Work closely with the Sales Manager, Executive Chef, Procurement, Brand and Marketing team on the various branding development and marketing support for different customers based on their requirements
• Develop professional rapport with the customers and build positive brand loyalty
• Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition
• Canvassing new potential customers via cold calling, networking etc
• Collaborate with brand and marketing team to perform market research to understand the various trends, competitive analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience in Sales for Food/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry will be preferred
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Possess good product knowledge in the foodservice industry
• Possess own transport is an advantage

Job description

Responsibilities

- Manage project maintenance upgrade and support iScala ERP, CRM, Zoho suite, Expense claim solution and retail POS deployed for the various business units/retail stores.
- Liaise with application vendor and retail partner on customization requirement and process, integration 3rd party applications with ERP.
- Responsible for project planning, execution and quality deliverables based on System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Control the deliverables and assist the business users during the implementation project.
- Develop reports for both operational and management reporting requirements using reporting tools and willing to work with the business unit managers to identify needs.
- Continuously define and upgrade SOP for the business processes in the system and providing training.
- Liaise with various stakeholders, mainly business managers to identify & gather business requirements with the objective to optimize operations.

- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Management of the Company.

Requirements:

- iScala ERP, SAP, SQL, Microsoft Office 365 & sharepoint, RPA, macros, PowerBI
- Experience in retail POS system (is a plus)
- Independent and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication & reporting skills.
- Willing to get hands-on and work with the team in the region, if required.
