Job Description:

1. Responsible for Company’s inventory management and maintenance.

2. Responsible for monitoring stock movements and maintenance at third party locations.

3. Responsible for managing the physical loading, unloading, storage of inventory and picking / packing when required.

4. Ensure compliance with inventory control processes with respect to movement of stock, item planning and control, re-order level, monitoring of non-moving items, timely discarding of approved scrap items.

5. Responsible for appropriate classification, segregation and maintenance of stock in designated areas.

6. Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained, referenced and filed.

7. Ensure compliance with inventory related updating in Accounting System.

8. Responsible for periodic stock taking, updating and reporting to all stakeholders.

9. Ensure proper co-ordination and communication with teams across all Company locations.

10. Responsible for timely identification of inventory variances, reporting and maintenance of records for variances.

11. Responsible for introducing appropriate procedures for control lapse if any.

12. Responsible for daily & monthly MIS reports to the stakeholders on regular basis and as per the requests by the concerned department as and when required.

13. Responsible for safe handling of inventory.

14. Additional duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Position summary:

The Senior Systems Engineer supports security systems and operations administration, monitoring and maintenance. He/She monitors security alerts and events. He collects and documents contextual information based on established practices and supports the preparation and publishing of security advisories. He/She assists with the analysis of security-related information and events, escalation of incidents for validation and remediation. He/She is required to be on standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. He/She is alert and vigilant in performing monitoring activities, and is able to analyze and resolve security-related issues critically. He/She communicates clearly in his/her interactions with others and coordinates effectively with his/her team to perform security operations.

Monitor security system

• Perform non-routine security monitoring activities

Facilitate compliance

• Assist with the implementation security policies, procedures and programs

Optimize security system performance

• Support piloting of new tools, technologies, and processes as well as installation of hardware and software
• Support security system testing and ongoing optimization or changes such as scheduled upgrades and updates

• Suggest improvements to operational processes, procedure manuals, and documentation

Requirements

• Polytechnic or degree in Computer Systems
• Relevant experience in vulnerability scanning, ASOC, firewall managment, network scanning for at least min 3 years.

The Programme Executive (PE) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the programmes offered by the Institute, and assigned frontline student services.
