Responsibilities

• To manage and perform daily issuance of Service Order and Service Entry to contractors and vendors, including providing support and assistance on associated procurement, inventory and warehousing matters.
• Issue service order, service entry and/or material vouchers to contractors/vendors within agreed lead time.
• Manage and coordinate with stakeholders on related projects and ensure proper documentations and reports.
• Track and ensure end to end service order issuance and closing procedure.
• Support and assist on procurement, inventory or warehousing functions, including participating in RFQ or Tender activities, assisting in material collection/return matters in accordance to house rules.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in related discipline with 1 year experience in Procurement is preferred
• Experience in SAP B1
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
