Job Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Human Capital, the Senior Executive, Human Capital will be handling employee claims’ function and playing a key role in administering Human Capital processes and related projects.
Job Description
· Human Capital Administration
o Administer and maintain HC Hub
o Provide basic HC business partnership with assigned departments
o Administer HC processes and advocate HC procedures – Employee access pass, org chart maintenance, recruitment drive, MOM work pass application, personnel File maintenance, etc.
o Employee Cohesive Program Coordination
o Employee insurance administration
· Employees’ Claim Management
o Administer claims processing in a timely and accurate manner
o Process monthly employee’s claims and verify time attendance/receipts for payments
o Provide manpower report
o Handle employee’s enquiries pertaining to the claims
· Undertake any other duties as assigned by Assistant Manager, Corporate Services, Chief, Corporate Services and/or General Secretary
