As a Technician, Chemical Production you will be

Responsible for routine and non-routine processes in Chemical Production Operations (i.e. PVA, LS1 Saline, DSMF Saline, HDTC and/or PAA) to ensure Manufacturing requirements/ demands are met while ensuring compliance to GMP/ GDP, SOP/ Specifications, HSE and Alcon Corporate policy.

• Perform day to day batch preparation in Chemical Production Operations

Scope of work:

• Work with product owner and business stakeholders to define the objective and success criteria of the project;
• Work with the Product Owner to develop the User Stories and to manage Product and sprint backlog;

Experience and Skills

• Needed Minimum Five (5) years of work experience in managing project in Agile environment.
• Certified Scrum Master with at least Two (2)years experience in a scrum Master or equivalent software delivery role;
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Good knowledge of the commonly used agile tools and practices;
• Working knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage.
