Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily routine production in Eform production & planning to ensure stencils meet the quality standards and delivery lead time. Also in charge of material preparation, direct material storage and etc. In addition, handle the SAP system by raising the purchase requisition for direct & indirect material.
• Plan and operate manufacturing machinery or equipment; monitor the production equipment in good condition for production, provide preventive maintenance and servicing as per planning and schedule.
• Work closely with safety committee and Risk Assessment Leader to ensure technician closely follow safety procedures to prevent accidents in their working environment where material may be hazardous.
• Comply to ISO9K QMS and ISO14K EMS to ensure stencil with good quality
• Lead & support in varies of new stencil product development and evaluation together with other department, support in troubleshooting in non-conformance.
• Play important roles in business excellent project ie 6S and lean manufacturing activities.

There is currently an open position for an IT Helpdesk Analyst.

• The purpose is to handle emails, phone calls and provide remote assistance: IT helpdesk first-level support. To provide technical support to Chinese-speaking end-users. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a must.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and receive sales orders.
• Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with suppliers/customers on delivery and stocks inventory / entries.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant report.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Assist and/ or guide client through a series of actions, to help setup systems or resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Work closely with the project related teams to ensure timely delivery of the contracted services.
• To assist in coordination and logistics management of:
o Staff security clearance matters
o Client device delivery
o Client device staging and image distribution
o Client device deployment & OS upgrade scheduling
o Client device acceptance
o Submission of Declaration Form & billing (if any)
• Support Project Manager on administrative matters (eg. Purchase etc.)
• Track and compile project report regularly.
• Update assets records of client devices handled by project team.
• Work with NCS project team in ensuring that the client devices’ inventory records are updated & accurate
• Work with NCS project team to handover the client devices for O&S
• Monitor, track & review the Project migration output and key project progress milestone.
• Submit the progress reports to Project Manager


QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• Singaporean only
• IT Diploma and above
• Good Knowledge in using Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office (Excel is a must), Outlook and desktop productivity tools
• Good project management and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within targeted timeframes and maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times
• Good customer service skills
• Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across projects, control teams & customers.
• Experience working under minimal supervision from management with a strong commitment to team participation.
