Job Description:

• Provide centralisation and related services for the official passports. This includes assisting employees with the withdrawal and return of the passports, safekeep and perform regular stocktake of the passports, as well as tracking of expiry dates.
• Operate the mail despatch services. This includes performing the administration actions required to receive incoming and outgoing mails, as well as ensure safe storage and tracking of the physical mails.
• Drive process improvements and system efficiency enhancements
• Develop methods to input, maintain and extract data from software.

Skills & Experience Needed:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to coordinate the delivery of network and hosting infrastructure equipment to data centers and other facilities. This role involves working closely with vendors, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, supporting server infrastructure deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee equipment or services deliveries to data centers, warehouses, and other sites.
• Coordinate ordering and procurement with internal teams, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Manage vendor and supplier relations, track orders, and resolve any delivery issues.
• Request and manage access passes to ensure that deliveries of services / equipments to data centers is provisioned, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Verify deliveries against orders, document discrepancies or damages, and perform quality checks.
• Maintain organized records of logistics activities and report on delivery performance
• Communicate with stakeholders, providing delivery updates and resolving issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, IT, or related field.
• 1+ year of logistics coordination or vendor management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling deliveries and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with data center operations and network infrastructure (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data center/server environments and logistics practices.
