As a Refurbishment Technician, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and testing equipment following Agilent specifications and to a "like new" standard
• Collaborating with a large team across various functions
• Receiving training and providing support for various products within the business portfolio
• Maintaining accurate and detailed repair records
• Ensuring a clean and safe work environment
• Reviewing and maintaining factory work instructions
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, or its equivalent
• Typically, candidates should have 3-6 years of relevant experience in technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware at the entry-level.
• Hands-on system-level (assembly, troubleshooting, testing) experience with at least one of the Agilent products: Liquid Chromatography (LC), LCMS, Gas Chromatography (GC), and Automation products.
• Proactive and able to lead when required.
