• Operate and monitor the chemical production activities in the plant and ensuring that the product is manufactured within set production schedule and to the required standards of quality and cost effective manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolves technical problem when necessary.
• Operate valves and pumps to admit or drain specified amounts of materials, impurities, or treating agents to or from equipment
• Flush or clean equipment, using steam hose or mechanical reamer
• Draw samples of product and sends to laboratory for analysis
• Perform general clean up and maintain good housekeeping in order to keep working areas clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:

• At least Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical Fitting, or Electronics.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant maintenance or equipment repair role.
• Familiarity with stamping press machines and safety protocols related to machine operation and factory environments.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs.
