Job duties:

• Managing preventive maintenance for mechanical & electrical work with sub con for fire protection, air compressor, ejector pump & air con.
• Coordinating with sub con to perform waste management, renovation, cleaning & landscaping
• Changing fitting & light tubes, installing power points & conducting basic troubleshooting and corrective maintenance
• Routine inspection for facilities everyday & recoding meter reading for water & electricity consumption
• Ensuring compliance for safety & security and responding to emergency & fire drill exercise
• Experience in facilities management & mechanical and electrical equipment

Job Responsibilities:

• Operation of all audio-visual equipment with the aim to provide high quality technical standards

We are looking for a Trading Analyst Officer to improve the reliability of the existing systems and support the development of the new systems. The role is based in Singapore. It requires many interactions with the teams in Europe. Your main role involves around:

Production monitoring

• Monitor the global IT platform and execute the associated action when alerts are raised.
• Process (analyze, solve, document) incidents.
• Coordinate incidents resolution with Paris teams when necessary (for instance with infrastructure teams or on-duty people)
