Responsibilities:

· In-charge of Production Equipment Uptime and Maintenance, doing Repair & Service.

· At all time, follow Operation, Quality & Safety regulations, while maintaining the Equipment.

· Check Equipment hardware, socket and handler device setup at start of shift.

· Troubleshooting for the Handler when alarm occurs. (Site jam, device missing, machine overheat, machine timeout, double tray…etc).

· Write down record per shift and report to the Operation Supervisors.

· Monitor the Equipment/Handler performance for highest performance.

· Change the hardware with preventive maintenance team when necessary.

· Set-up. (Alignment, maintains down sites, change Device setup, adjust offset…)

· Check & verification of the traveller data is correct (step by step).

· Follow OJT & SPEC procedures to perform the required tasks

· House keeping at end of shift, and teamwork with operation to ensure quality & safety.

· Handle other Backend Equipment/Tools to support Production.

· Any additional tasks as assigned by the manager or management.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent

· 1 to 2 years of related working experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.

· Prior hands-on experience in Test Production manufacturing (i.e. mechanical/electrical, troubleshooting) (Tester, Handler and Final Test Backend Equipment/Tools)

· Able to demonstrate good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

· Experience in either a Semiconductor Final Testing Environment or Manufacturing industry

· Willing to work in Cleanroom environment

· Able to perform a 8 hours rotating shifts(Both day & night shift), or

Able to perform a 12 hours rotating shifts(Both day & night shift), when business needs

Carrying out maintenance, inspection and basic repair work for company’s electrical and mechanical vehicle systems

Task and Activities for the role

• Experience with prestige vehicles

• Inspection of components for wear and tear

• Repair/ replacement of broken/ worn out parts

• Verification of vehicle functions and its subsystems

Reporting and Interface

• Provides information to the supervisor about preapproval for additional repair

• Notifies the Service Advisor immediately of work interruptions as a result of additionally required work, complications, missing parts or missed deadlines

Acts diligently according to guidelines

• Uses checklists/ repair instructions, tools and test equipment adhered to current guidelines

• Has co-responsibility for customer satisfaction by optimal technical solutions on customer vehicles

• Handles tools, special tools work clothing etc. properly

• Uses equipment cost- effectively

• Hands over dismantled, replacement or warranty parts to warranty department cleaned and labelled

• Disposes waste according to local legislated guidelines

• Observes accident prevention guidelines and reporting incidents to his or her supervisor

Qualifications

• Technical training (as automotive technician, industrial technician)

• Vocational training at an automotive dealership or at a similar facility

• Driving licence

• Team orientation and customer focused attitude

• Have the required experience and skills level to carry out maintenance , inspection and basic repair
