• Supervise sites and assist hands-on when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Communicate and oversee contractors on safety and work tasks.
• Execute tasks assigned by the Engineer or Shift Engineer.
• Complete reports for completed tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics
• Experience in electrical and electronic works.
• Experience in basic Microsoft office.
• Experience in site supervision work.
• Understand in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic system
• Understand basic Window system.
• Willing to work at height on outdoor public road
• Must have Singapore Class 3 Driving License (Unable to consider Class 3A)

• Participate actively in EHSS activities (E.g. H&S Training, Concern Reporting, Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) Review, correction of EHS hazards and unsafe conditions)
• Maintain housekeeping in work area and ensure compliance of site
• safety regulations to prevent accidents Ensure compliance of company EHS & Security policies & local EHS Legislations.
• Keep track of spare part and inventory usage to maintain spare part / inventory control
• Involve in improvement projects implementation.
• Support Mechanical and/or Electrical Team in repair work when necessary
• Troubleshooting & repair, redesign and improve the equipment for better capability and performance
• Perform scheduled periodic maintenance on equipment
• Work closely with and support the production team
• Execute Reliability Index Tasks
• Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis and ensure action
• Follow-up to prevent recurrence of breakdowns
• Good knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic and other control systems and understanding in operations of Plant Facility system and equipment (eg. SCADA, Air Compressor, Air dryer, Cooling Tower, Dust Collector and Central Vacuum System, centrifugal pump).
• Familiar with (work At Height(WAH), Confined Space, Vibration, Welding, Forklift, SAP Plant Maintenance(PM) Module, spare parts inventory warehouse management & Risk assessment.
