Laser Cleaning Technician (Part-Time)

We are looking for a laser cleaning technician to join our factory and be a key member of operations. You will be responsible for operating, troubleshooting, basic repairing, and maintaining the laser cleaning equipment(under manufacturer guidance), as well as training and supervising future new operators. We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team and provide technical assistance and support for end users & partners. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels.

This role will involve resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing technical guidance to junior product support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to end users via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and techniques.
