FM Technician Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections of installations, fixtures and fittings, equipment, common facilities and property to ensure they are clean, safe and in good working condition.
2. Undertake minor building, mechanical and electrical repair works, and handyman works (such as changing of light bulbs, reset drawer locks, etc).
3. Monitor and attend to maintenance service requests, investigate and initiate corrective actions for any service and equipment breakdown, or fault detected during routine check, servicing and maintenance.
4. Daily, weekly and monthly inspection of key facilities, systems and critical areas.
5. Coordinate and supervise the rectification of defects, maintenance, replacement and upgrading works carried out by contractors.
6. Supervise contractors/vendors performing maintenance works on building facilities (e.g. Building maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical systems (M&E), horticulture, cleaning, pest control etc).
7. Monitor utilities consumption by taking water and electricity meter readings and report out of normal consumptions.
8. Assist in fire safety management, emergencies and business continuity plan for the Authority’s premise.
9. Liaise with Authority’s employees on projects and maintenance works and ensure compliance with fire, health and safety standards.
10. Coordinate and work with audio and visual equipment and cleaning contractors to set up meeting venues including seating arrangements and equipment.
11. Update information databases and breakdown record for engineering systems.
12. Any other facilities management works or related works that arise from the building operations and need.

Job Qualifications

1. At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in building operation and maintenance of building facilities.
2. The technicians shall hold minimum a NITEC/Higher NITEC in Facility Management or Mechanical and Electrical Services or equivalent.
3. Additional experience in electrical system, uninterruptible power supply, generators, FM200, fire alarm, sprinkler, high voltage and low voltage switchboards will be an advantage.
4. Additional qualifications such as Electrical Worker License/Singapore Certified Energy Manager (Associate)/Green Mark Facilities Manager will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Engineer in conducting Factory/ Site Test
• Assist Lead Engineer in Setting up/ Prepare equipment before the test
• Assist Lead Engineer in troubleshooting
• Lead and organize workers for daily work

Construction Site Enviroment

You will assist in the preparation, distribution and inventory management of pharmaceuticals according to standard procedures. This includes packing, dispensing as well as replenishment of drug supplies. You will also be required to perform periodic stock counts and general housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Course;
• Able to perform shift duties including weekends and public holidays;
• Highly motivated team player with good communication skills; and
• Candidates with supervisory experience may be considered for senior position.

Roles & Responsibilities

The aircon technician will be involved in the maintenance, repair, and installation of different types of air conditioning systems. Aircon Technician will be involved in performing general maintenance services in households and offices all across Singapore, including washing aircon, diagnosing and rectifying issues in all brands and types of aircon, and installing and dismantling aircon. This role has the following responsibilities:
- Dismantle malfunctioning systems and replace worn out or defective parts.
- Perform chemical washes and chemical overhauls.
- Perform repair and maintenance on malfunctioning air conditioners.
- Perform general maintenance services on normally-functioning air conditioners.
- Prepare service reports after every completed job.
- Keep a record of job schedules.
- Pick up and deliver required materials and supplies as and when required.
- Communicate with clients with regards to problems in equipment and post-job reports.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks given by supervisor or management.
This role requires the following skills
- Possess a CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENSE.
- Must be a confident driver and have experience driving medium-large-sized vans.
- Minimum 5 years experience working as an air conditioner technician performing chemical wash, general servicing, repairs, and installation.
- Experience working in CENTRALISED AIRCON SYSTEM maintenance is a big advantage.
- Confident at carrying out repairs and cleaning on all common aircon brands for wall-mounted, ceiling, casement, ducted, and portable aircon in Singapore including Daikin, Panasonic, Samsung, Mitsubishi Electric, Heavy Industries, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Carrier, and Europace.
- Able to speak and write basic English (excellent English is a strong advantage)
- Knowledge of electrical wiring.
- Able to do some heavy lifting and climbing.

- Willing to work on weekend shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance and servicing of mechanical and electrical installations and equipment within the facility.
• Provide engineering support to various departments as required.
• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment, ensuring preventive maintenance is carried out to minimize downtime.
• Perform instrumentation calibration to maintain equipment accuracy and functionality.
• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting activities for the entire facility.
• Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, HVAC systems, or related fields.
• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
• Troubleshoot and service HVAC equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, air conditioning systems, and air compressors.
• Conduct simple welding, piping, and machining tasks as required.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety requirements, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as jumpsuits and masks in production areas.
• Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
