Position Overview:

We are seeking an IT to assist with daily IT operations, focusing on maintaining essential hardware, networks, and systems, as well as providing support for Office 365 administration. This role offers practical, hands-on experience in troubleshooting and managing IT infrastructure while working closely with an experienced IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Support:

a. Monitor and maintain the company’s network systems.

b. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.

c. Assist with setting up and configuring network devices such as routers and switches.

2. Hardware Support:

a. Install, configure, and maintain hardware such as laptops and copiers.

b. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware malfunctions.

3. Point of Sale (POS) Systems:

a. Assist with the setup product items on POS, configuration, and troubleshooting of POS systems.

b. Ensure proper functionality of POS devices.

4. Office 365 Administration:

a. Assist in managing Office 365 accounts, including creating and managing user accounts and email addresses.

b. Provide support for Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

c. Help maintain security settings, such as managing permissions and multi-factor authentication.

d. Assist with Office 365 data backup and recovery tasks.

5. CCTV Systems:

a. Support the maintenance and monitoring of CCTV systems.

b. Assist with the setup of new cameras and ensure proper functionality and recording.

c. Perform regular checks to confirm system reliability.

• To provide maintenance service of all equipment, buildings and facilities.
• Ensure that plant equipment and utilities are operating smoothly with good performance.
• Carry out planned maintenance and breakdown maintenance as instructed by Line Manager.
• Lead repairs, improvement projects implementation and liaise with vendors/contractors on scope of work.
• Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment. Perform redesign and improvements to equipment for better capability, performance and ensure compliance to management of change process.
• Keep track of spare part and inventory usage to maintain spare part / inventory control.
• Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis and ensure action follow-up to prevent recurrence of breakdowns.
• To prepare Safety Risk Assessment (SRA), Work Instruction (WI) and Troubleshooting Know-How and other training materials when needed.
• To identify opportunity and drive continuous improvements in cost saving, quality and yield.
• Ensure compliance of company QHSE policy & local EHSS Legislations.
• Participate actively in Quality Health Safety & Environment (QHSE) activities (E.g. Trainings, Concern Reporting, Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) Review, correction of QHSE hazards and unsafe conditions).
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance on all production equipment according to company’s ISO, GMP, HACCP and QHSE requirements.
• Conduct housekeeping in work area and ensure compliance of site safety regulations to prevent accidents.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Helpdesk Support(（LV1）:Provide technical support to resolve issues faced by company employees with computers, software, and hardware.
   Respond quickly to and handle daily technical support requests via phone, email, or on-site assistance.
   Provide training and guidance to employees on operating systems, application software, and network usage.
   
2. Hardware Architecture & Management（LV1）:Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of all IT hardware equipment (such as computers, servers, printers, scanners, etc.) within the company.
   Regularly check the performance and health of hardware devices, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
   Assist in planning and designing the company's hardware infrastructure to ensure that hardware facilities align with company needs.
   
3. Data Center Installation & Operations（LV1）:Participate in the installation, configuration, and testing of data center facilities to ensure stable equipment operation.
   Monitor the data center environment (e.g., temperature, humidity, air conditioning, UPS power, etc.) to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
   Manage the daily maintenance of data center servers, storage devices, and network equipment, including hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement of faulty components.
   
4. Network Maintenance & Optimization（LV1）:Responsible for the daily maintenance of the company’s internal network, including configuration and management of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
   Monitor network performance and optimize the network architecture to improve network stability and security.
   Configure and manage the company's VPN (if applicable) and Wi-Fi networks, ensuring smooth connectivity for remote employees and mobile devices.
   
5. Account Management & Access Control（LV2）:Responsible for creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, and managing user permissions and access control.
   Configure and maintain enterprise email systems, file sharing systems, and internal system access permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
   Address technical issues related to user accounts, such as password resets, access requests, and permission issues.
   
6. Security Assurance（LV1）:Assist in implementing IT security policies to ensure the security of company data and information systems.
   Perform regular system and network vulnerability scans and promptly address security vulnerabilities.
   Monitor and respond to security incidents, taking appropriate measures to prevent data breaches and other security threats.
   
7. Documentation & Reporting（LV1）:Create and maintain IT-related operation manuals, troubleshooting documentation, and other technical documents.
   Regularly prepare system maintenance reports, network health check reports, and other technical support records and analyses.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Engineer or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills:Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems with experience in hardware installation and maintenance.
  Knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment configuration and maintenance.
  Familiarity with virtualization technologies, database management, and cloud service platforms.
  
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under pressure.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Security Knowledge: Familiarity with IT security standards and data protection regulations.
• Backup & Recovery: Knowledge of data backup and recovery solutions.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud computing or automated operations is a plus.
