• Technical Skills:Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting. Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial automation (preferred). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and handle shift schedules.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Physical fitness to handle maintenance tasks in an industrial setting.
