IT ANALYST

with a sound knowledge in Oracle ERP & database administration.

Oracle ERP Administration

· Developing oracle database object like procedure, function, packages and etc. using Oracle 10g, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports.

· Perform database modifications and system testing during deployment to production.

· Provide support for production database systems and processes, and end-user applications.

· Involved in analysis of database, Query optimization, indexing, and Ensuring effective utilization of the indexes used in the SQL or PL/SQL code.

· Involved in Implementation of Business Rules Using PL SQL / Database.

· Experience in ERP modules – Purchase, Sales, Inventory, and Finance Modules.

· Handles all PL/SQL, Forms and Reports related technical development and deployment in Production.

· Proficient in Oracle Tools and Utilities such as SQL*Loader, Toad.

· Experience with software Development life cycle (SDLC) process performing detailed analysis, collecting requirements, documents requirements, coding and unit testing, integration and system testing

· Involved in resolving production problems for the applications and ensure all support Service Level Agreements

· Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

IT Infrastructure Requirements:

· Maintain awareness of all IT policies, guidelines, and procedures, and comply with them.

· Knowledge in Server Maintenance, Virtual Machines (Hyper-V), Server Backups.

· Coordinate with Infrastructure Vendors and resolve Issues.

• Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face, to ensure seamless support to daily ops;
• Managing the issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues;
• Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organization;
• Running diagnostic software to resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems;

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, servers, and applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot system issues and outages.
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure,including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage VPNs and remote access systems.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect systems from threats.
• Manage access controls, permissions, and user accounts.
• Regularly update systems and apply security patches.
• Review the network access log
• Provide technical support to end-users for system and network-related issues.
• Train staff on IT best practices and new software.
• Maintain detailed records of IT infrastructure, configurations, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Competency Requirements

• Min Diploma in IT or equivalent
• Experience in Network, routing protocol
• Experience on Windows Server, Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud
• Experience in VBA scripting
• Knowledge in software development will be an advantage

Job Description:

Involved in developing an organization’s multi-channel communication strategies in Singapore:

• Developing Web application and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Design, develop, maintain, e-commence and data analytic platforms and interface complex web application using ASP.NET, PHP, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, Magento framework, Bootstrap, Web services and other scripting/programming languages in the design and implementation of web application projects.
• Supporting e-store development and ERP system, back-end technical support and digital marketing operations.
• Supporting technical issue of website Domain, Server Monitoring, Software Installations, Back-Up and Restore, Security setup and SSL on Linux server reliable with Web Hosting companies.
• Setting up of Mobile responsive and secured websites.
• Provide recommendations, keyword research and content development- SEO and SEM campaigns, Google Adwords- tracking and data analytics.
• Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects.
• To work in Singapore company with an IT Team.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Web Development or equivalent.
• Experiences in .net (Visual Studio), C#, ASP.net (Web development), Ms SQL 2008/2012, Full SDLC.
• Experience in ERP (Finance, SD, MM, WMS, etc) system concepts and application development.
• Those who have experience in Qlik View, c-panel, Magentos, PHP, Mobile Apps will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Photoshop CS 6.0 and video-making/editing software.
• Good command of English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

• Supporting the running, administration, update, and documentation of Care Corner's IT environment, such as but not limited to, PCs & peripherals, network, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, cloud backup solutions and Salesforce.
• Assisting with the monitoring and follow-up of system resources and alerts, including site availability, vulnerabilities and DNS records, and also Helpdesk tickets & reports.
• Managing projects, such as relocation or upgrade of office networks, and migration of telephony systems.
• Assisting with the research, development, troubleshooting and maintenance of low-code/no-code applications such as Power Automate & PowerBI.
• Assisting with non-technical activities, such as IT sourcing and procurement, vendor management, project and system documentation, user training, policy enforcement, contract, license and subscription management, billing, and IT asset management.
• Undertaking any other technical or non-technical activities that may be required from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualification in information technology or equivalent together with relevant experience in network and system administration and support, especially on Microsoft 365 & related applications, and Salesforce.
• A positive attitude & enthusiasm towards problem-solving, research, learning and application of knowledge.
• Meticulous, proactive and timely in above-mentioned responsibilities.
• Excellent team-worker, yet independent in troubleshooting issues and/or finding/proposing solutions.
