• Proven ability to produce secure, stable and good performing code and write optimized, clean code
• Ability to lead investigation of technical issues, both in a highly secured production environment as well as lower test environment
• Experience with agile methodologies, especially scrum, iterative development, automated testing and continuous release approaches
• Experience working in a highly complex and integrated banking platform, ability to traverse and communicate with different teams to negotiate interface design as well as troubleshoot integration issues
• Experience in common development tooling and familiar with CI/CD processes (Maven, GitLab, Sonar etc.) and approaches; experience to implement automation to streamline development pipeline a plus but not mandatory
