We are seeking a skilled Java Software Development Specialist to develop and support transaction processing modules within our core systems. In this role, you'll work with various teams to ensure high-quality project delivery, compliance with required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine modules to improve the platform’s functionality.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with quality standards.
- Conduct code reviews, offering feedback to uphold coding best practices.
- Document technical requirements and specifications for transaction features.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with transaction flows and system integrations.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and industry guidelines.
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure system reliability.
- Coordinate updates and manage timelines in partnership with project managers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with min 5 years of experience in Java development.
- Proficiency with Java frameworks (such as Spring and JUnit) and RESTful APIs.
- Strong skills in SQL and database management (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud environments.
- Experience with API integration and third-party transaction platforms.
- Understanding of transaction processing systems and related compliance standards.

• 6 or more years of software development experience
• Have experience in Python and good understanding of OOP Concepts
• Have experience and understanding of CI/CD flow, Jenkins
• Have hands-on experience in Linux
• Well-versed with SQL commands and have a good understanding of data
• Well-versed with cloud-native technologies like Openshift and Kubernetes

• Development skills using Java and Spring Framework, HTML5, CSS3, Angular Framework.
• Design new solutions or fixes to enhance existing applications using web-enabled development programs using .Net 4.5, C#, ASP.Net, WCF, HTML, CSS HTML, JavaScript, XML, and similar or other web services and service-oriented tools.
• Participate in the final phases of deploying and performance tuning of the application and help identify performance bottlenecks and suggest work-around
• Strong RDBMS skills using PostgreSQL.
• Professional experience in Python development.
• Proficient with popular Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
• Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user guides, and functional specification documents
• Manage ad-hoc requests and multiple projects simultaneously while operating in a high tempo environment with ever-changing priorities and tasks.
