• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or another related field
• Atleast 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Sound knowledge of best practices for report/dashboard creations and other Salesforce related activities
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage priorities effectively, while maintaining a high degree of customer orientation
• Analytical thinking with ability to ask the right questions to understand user problems and develop solutions
• Project management skills to manage pipeline, deadlines, prioritization and process
• Process-based skills, i.e., process flow diagrams, wireframing
• Experience of using JIRA
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
• Salesforce CPQ/NetSuite and Celigo integration experience is good to have

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participating in daily scrums or standups with other team members to discuss project status and identify any issues that may affect progress
• Communicating with stakeholders to gather requirements for new projects or products
• Collaborating with other team members to design, develop, test, release, and support new products or services
• Writing detailed code that meets coding standards and best practices
• Creating designs for applications and websites that are visually appealing and user friendly
• Providing technical support for an organization’s computer systems, including installing patches and updates
• Recommending and implementing improvements to the development process to increase productivity and efficiency
• Coordinating with members of other departments to ensure that projects meet organizational goals
• Writing automated tests to ensure that all features of a product or service function correctly

Skills and Requirements

• Strong knowledge or experience of coded software testing using Python, or C
• C++, familiar with unit test framework is a strong advantage.
• Experience of creating test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
• Knowledge of source control tools is required – git is preferred.
• Well versed in the full software development lifecycle (Agile practice)
• Ability to work in teams or independently, action-oriented, and possesses strong drive for results
