• Gameplay Systems Expertise: Lead the development and optimization of gameplay systems, including combat mechanics, player progression, and monetization strategies.
• UI/UX Integration: Implement and optimize UI and interactive elements for seamless player interaction on mobile platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance across mobile devices, focusing on rendering, memory usage, and CPU performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of gameplay systems and live-ops events, including roadmap planning, backlog management, and feature implementation.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to implement and integrate game features for mobile platforms, ensuring a cohesive player experience.
• Implement UI and interactive elements, optimizing them for smooth and engaging player interaction on mobile devices.
• Optimize game performance across various mobile platforms, addressing rendering, memory usage, and CPU performance issues.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth gameplay experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring code quality within the development team.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field / equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in mobile game development with a focus on frontend or full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine (UE5, C++, Blueprints) or equivalent for Unity (C#, 2D packages) / Godot (GDScript, C#).
• Strong understanding of mobile game optimization techniques and UI/UX design implementation.
