In total you oversee around 35 people of which the majority are located in the Singapore organisation. You work closely together with the Global Asset Manager, Product Manager eROV, Blue Robotics Team and report into the Global Director MAI.

To meet your objectives, you closely work with the local shared service teams and your internal and external clients. Internal clients are the MAI business and service line managers and external clients are mainly in the Chinese Joint Venture, for who you act as MAI Account Manager.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree (Science of Engineering)

Working experience: 5 - 8 years (relevant industry or Manufacturing/Product Development)

Management experience: 3 - 8 years (showcase strong leadership)

• Previous experience in the offshore industry, preferably with strong
