RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Spirituality Care to Staff, Residents and their families in accordance with The Salvation Army and Peacehaven Nursing Home mission, values and philosophy, and with respect to the Resident's professed faith.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct daily rounds to RLAs under the supervision of the Counsellor and in consultation with Nursing Staff to determine which staff and residents are more seriously ill, discouraged or in need.
2. Be available on call as needed to support staff, residents and families.
3. Conduct Resident Intake Assessment under the supervision of Counsellor and present appropriate findings at Multi Discipline Meeting (MDM) or Resident Care Plan Meeting.
4. Participate in Resident-Family Case Conferences and Care Plan meetings as required.
5. Coordinate arrangements for the administering of Religious Support, upon request by family members or residents.
6. Coordinate regular Spirituality Session under the supervision of Counsellor for the staff, residents, residents' families and members of the public as appropriate.

8. Supervise Operational Risk Adverseness
9. Supervise Marina Bay Sands Workplace Safety and Health Policy practices.
10. Ensure that all TMs are complying to all MBS policies and guidelines.
11. Report any work incidents; may include vandalism, fight, fire, abuse, accidents, etc.
12. Monitor activities in both front and back of the house; report any suspicious characters, items and/or activities to Security Department.
13. Supervise emergency situations.

15. Be the mentor to guide TM on their career and personal goals.
16. Establish learning and development plans and opportunities to enhance TM work performance.
17. Ensure that all TMs including self are well groomed as per company standard.
18. Hold regular meetings such as daily briefing to communicate departmental updates and review of operational standards.
19. Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team and cultivate OneMBS culture.
20. Assist Documentation, Financial and report management
21. Attend scheduled departmental meetings as required.
22. Prepare scheduled reports as stipulated by management.
23. Manage cost control to keep departmental operating expenses within budget includes forecasting to better facilitate manpower and costing allocations.
24. Review systems and processes for workflow and productivity improvement.
25. Lead in supporting Sands Cares and Sustainability programmes.
26. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Minimum GCE O Level.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from a recognized institution is an advantage.

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same or similar capacity.
• Be ready to work on weekend, public holiday, and every shift, including night shift.

Competencies

• Proficient in the use of Property Management System.
• Capable to use Microsoft Office applications and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to operate independently.
• Having a good command of spoken and written English, and any additional language is an advantage.
• Pays attention to details and have strong customer service skills.

This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the financial industry, specifically focused on identifying, analyzing, and mitigating financial risks associated with commodity trading activities.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a qualified candidate with a strong academic background (ideally pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field) or relevant work experience (1-2 years) in risk management. You should possess a strong analytical mind and a passion for delving into complex financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the identification, analysis and assessment of financial risks for various financial products and counterparties.

· Utilize SQL to manage and query databases for risk analysis.

· Support the development and maintenance of internal risk models (e.g. margin models, counterparty credit rating) and tools using programming languages (e.g., Python); and assist in making improvements thereto

· Collaborate with the risk team to prepare reports and presentations for management.

· Develop analytical reports and dashboard for key risk indicators

· Conduct research on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting financial risks of clearinghouses.

· Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on risk management strategies.

Requirements:

· Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field or with relevant work experience (1-2 years) in risk management
