This is a full role for an Air Operation Officer located in Changi. Job Description

• Prepare, count and distribute stocks to various designated locations within the workplace
• Receive, inspect, and store stocks in good order
• Ensure the stocks are stored in compliance with safety standards, and industry best practices
• Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels and replenishes supplies, as required
• Monitor stock level and update quantities daily via system
• Moving heavy pallets and gooods using a forklift
• Dilution of chemical daily
• Maintain clean, organised, and safe storage areas
• Work closely with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials
• Any ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirement

• Minimum at least 3 years if relevant experience
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field
• Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment or systems
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
• Adherence to workplace safety standards and protocols

Responsibilities

• Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the helpline
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
• Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
