Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities with in-house & external contractors and to execute maintenance timely and effectively.

• Service used equipment’s and components and ensure ready to use all time, ensure no down time due to unavailability of spare parts.

• Analyze and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors, prepare RCA and fallow up actions with Sr Engineers.

• Prepare and review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability, optimize spare parts, and manage stock effectively by using CMMS.

• Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipment’s and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection, and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipment’s by co-ordinate with contractors at site.

• Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and production group and ensure safe completion of works.

• Update long-term maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipment’s.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHSQ policies by review & implement MSRA.

• Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).

• To have a legal obligation to act in a responsible manner for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.

• Assist the Management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate when necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent discipline

The opportunity

We are hiring developers to join us. We are most interested in individuals who wish to work across both account management and producers’ roles.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support solutions and code for various projects
• Contribute to the delivery of Service Level Agreement obligations
• Ensure that client’s website is updated and functioning
• Responsible to test and validate work produced and be able to highlight risk before delivery
• Responsible for technical change and release management activities which includes environment deployment and rollback
• Investigate, analyze and resolve issues which impact client’s websites
• Make recommendations on right-sizing, security, availability and performance
• Responsible for technical documentation and services to local and international clients
• Responsible for responding and resolving application and infrastructure issues within SLA
• Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.
• Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
• Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
• Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor’s Degree in any of these IT related disciplines: Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, Science (Computer Studies)
• At least 5 years of working experience as a developer
• Knowledge of or Experience in .Net Frameworks / C# / ASP.NET / MVC
• Experience in web and networking concepts
• Knowledge of Javacript/JQuery
• Excellent communication skills, with a flair of reaching out to people of all levels

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in CMS development with Sitecore/Sitefinity/Kentico or related
• Understanding of CI/CD activities
• Experience in cloud hosting and architecture
