The role

As the Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance and serving as the primary point of contact for anti-money laundering (AML) matters within LMAX Digital Broker Singapore. You will require an in depth knowledge of the Payments Services Act (PSA) and its application to firms offering DPT services to institutional clients. Key Responsibilities:

The Role

We are looking for a Structurer to lead our Professional Services function in Singapore and play an important role in new business development across APAC. This position will allow you to develop a deep understanding of TradingHub’s model-based approach to market abuse surveillance and apply your knowledge of capital markets to drive new revenue generation.

The focus of the role is to understand customer needs through both direct contact and analysis of their trade data, develop customer pitches, run PoCs and onboard new customers. Visa is looking for a Financial Crime Analyst based in Singapore to be part of Currencycloud’s Asia Pacific (APAC) New Business Onboarding team. Currencycloud is part of Visa Group entities and covers Visa’s regulated payment business within Money Movement Solutions (MMS) in APAC. Currencycloud is also consolidated under Visa Direct which streamlines all of Visa’s cross border payments under one unified branding. What a Financial Crime Analyst does at Visa:

This role, based in Singapore, supports the Currencycloud APAC New Business Onboarding Manager with new client onboarding. It reports to the APAC New Business Onboarding Manager and is part of Visa’s expansion in the region.

Business risk duties:

• Maintain the policy suite for SQPL including but not limited to Compliance Manual, Risk Management Policy, Data Protection Policy, BCP Policy, etc,
• Annual updates of Business Impact Analysis and maintenance/update of risk registers for the entity,
• Submission of relevant reports to the Internal Controlling and Risk Department in the Head office and respond to ad-hoc queries from Group.

As a Compliance Officer, you will be part of the Compliance & Risk Department.

Job scope includes the following:

• Work closely with the Head of Compliance, Risk & MLRO, together with members of the local and global compliance team and other internal functions, to ensure that processes, system and controls are in place and reflect applicable Group and local regulatory requirements,
• Keep pace with regulatory changes, perform a gap analysis on new regulations and undertake an assessment of the relevant changes against current policies and procedures,
• Assist with regulatory audits and inspections,
