• CEA Qualified: Meets the requirements to be registered as a salesperson with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
• Holder a Diploma in Real Estate or a related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in retail leasing or higher qualification.
• Skilled in Negotiation & Marketing: Demonstrates proficiency in lease negotiations and marketing strategies for retail properties.
• Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Possesses strong financial analytical skills and is meticulous in handling documentation.
• A Strong Communicator: Has excellent presentation and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Providing enquiry service to customers
• Assisting customers in using library services e.g. Library e-kiosk, self- check, multimedia services, library catalogue, online resources & etc.
• Assisting customers in locating library materials
• Providing circulation service to customers
• Handling customer’s feedback and forward to NLB staff as and when necessary

Roving duties and promotional support

• Performing roving duties in enforcing library etiquette
• Assisting in ensuring good housekeeping in the library reading areas
• Assisting in crowd controlling for programmes

Position title: Ecommerce Packer

Salary: $2000- $2600

Location: Ang Mo Kio (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)

Working Days: 5.5 Days Work Week

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Description:
•Packing of stock for deliveries and courier service

•Coordinate with courier to ensure timely delivery.

•Liaise with Operation and Account department on the order and payment

•Data entry, Filing and printing of documents

•Daily stock count and stock check to ensure accurate and sufficient inventory level.

•Receiving and issue of stock accurately

•Prepare and maintain inventory reports

•Inventory control. Stocks in/out

•Manage e-commerce system, create, update status

•Any other ad-hoc duties
