• Update and age reinsurers’ outstanding balances monthly
• Prepare quarterly summary of premium reserve retained from reinsurers
• Update premium, commission and claim paid by treaty and reinsurers from Statement List B yearly
• Handle treaty payments/receipts
• Prepare quarterly treaty accounts closing with a summary of balances
• Prepare Form IR37 Section 45 Withholding Tax Return and payment to IRAS

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform Penetration testing

• Carry out scoping activities to identify what components of a given system require penetration testing
• Define test requirements and criteria
• Translate requirements into test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures
• Conduct vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, including Black box, Grey Box and Reverse engineering.

Report test results

• Develop reports related to security penetration testing results based on established guidelines
• Propose strategies and techniques to mitigate identified risks
• Communicate vulnerability risks to relevant stakeholders through briefings and reports

Requirements / Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Penetration Testing experience on Infrastructure, Web, Mobile &Thick Client applications.
• Business risk along with good reporting writing and client presentation skills.
• Consulting experience within a Professional Services organization will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility towards delivery of project objectives.
• Equipped with programming skills in at least one of following programming language/environment such as SAP, ABAP, .NET, Python, Ruby, JAVA or Regular expression. Experienced with SAP, ABAP or .Net will be an added advantage.

The legal team provides critical support to the human resource and business teams by providing integrated legal guidance and support. This role will work closely with a wide range of business stakeholders and teams across the region and globally.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day legal advice and support on regional matters and work closely with HR teams across the region and globally on a broad spectrum of employee and contingent workforce-related issues.
• Draft and review employment-related agreements, policies, and other documents, including offer letters, severance agreements, confidentiality agreements, employee handbooks, and incentive plans.
• Provide advisory support on topics such as employee handbooks, policies and procedures; recruitment and hiring; global mobility, data privacy, workplace health and safety, employee relations, performance management, discipline and terminations, internal and external investigations; disputes and litigation, leaves of absence, compensation and benefits, discrimination, harassment, and confidentiality.
• Support and provide advice on strategic cross-border employment law initiatives, including collaboration with other employment lawyers and legal team members.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance relating to employment law issues for new business lines and markets across the regions.
• Manage all aspects of employment disputes in the region, as needed, including e-discovery, fact-finding and analysis, witness preparation, depositions, case management conferences, motion practice, and arbitration or trial preparation and presentation.
• Prepare and conduct training on regional employment law issues.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 – 10 years PQE with 5 years of solid employment law experience, both as a private practice lawyer or as an in-house legal counsel.
• Qualified to practice law in any jurisdiction within the region (ideally Singapore) and proven ability to analyze employment law matters of all levels of complexity, and exercise sound judgment in balancing legal risks and business needs, providing practical legal advice and recommendations.
• Team player, strong people skills, and ability to engage on all levels of the organization and proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and build rapport with internal stakeholders.

Job Description

Job responsibilities:

• Provide SME expertise and advisory support in Data Quality Monitoring related matters
• Produce and understand design related documentation (including functional and technical design documents.)
• Understand in detail key components of a Data Quality Monitoring system (Data Dictionary, Key Data Elements, Data Lineage, Data Quality business rules.)
• Ensure Data Quality Monitoring related incidences are properly managed, escalated and socialised with the relevant stakeholders at a local, regional, and global level
• Communicate accurately and efficiently with local, regional, and global stakeholders to collect business/user requirements and details about issues, deficiencies or queries raised by the Data consumers and Data Producers.
• Design and where needed build DQM components using available tools like Alteryx, Python/R, tableau.
• Generate and distribute weekly/monthly metrics for reporting purposes as required
• Assist in any other ad-hoc Data related tasks

Job requirements:

• Overall 7 years experience with exposure to banking application in terms of core banking data like Customer, Accounts, transactions is a must
• Minimum 2 years of experience with one of the following tools: Alteryx, Python/R Programming language like PL SQL, Java
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Working in Financial Crime applications is desirable
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work flexible hours from time to time due to time zone differences
• Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
