What you will do

• To work with APAC management, all APAC countries to deliver timely an effective operational risk framework and Internal Control Integrated Framework.
• Providing the consistent and reliable information management needs for a 360° view of operational risks and risk-related decision-making.
• Conducting risk assessments (Total Risk Profiling for APAC, deep dives, etc.) on Operational risks and analyses to identify risks and problems early to ensure that measures are defined and monitored. What you bring

As APAC Head of Operational Risk, Internal Control and Reporting, you ideally have the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 10+ years of professional experience in the insurance industry
