Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and optimal operation of process units.
• Ensure workplace safety by proper asset upkeep, supporting function testing on safeguarding system and proper control on work activities in the plant.
• Participate in plant shutdown & start-up and process unit troubleshooting work activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or NITEC in Chemical Process Technology (Petrochemicals or Pharmaceuticals) OR
• At least GCE "O" level with credits in English, Mathematics, Science (Physics or Chemistry)
• Fresh ITE/Polytechnic engineering graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided

Responsibilities:

• To maintain HR personnel related documentation including staffing, recruitment, training & dormitory related.
• Orientation for new employees & policies procedure.
• Support the Performance Management activities.
• Administering Compensation & Benefits.
• Able to assist in Payroll & Workers related issue.
• Generation of monthly finance & management reports.
• Adhoc duties as assigned by HR & Admin Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O level or diploma in HR.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience with Easy Pay Enterprise preferred.
• Able to multi-task effectively and work independently as part of a team.
• Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, MS Office Word and Powerpoint & Pivot Table.
• 5-day work week
• Able to start work immediately
