Job Responsibilities
1. Develop, support and manage client relationships in particular Chinese companies, both in China and Singapore.
2. Areas of work include but not limited to debt financing, equity financing, listing and mergers and acquisitions.
3. Coordinate and work with various other teams to best serve the clients and improve the chances of success
4. Partner with the client including (but not limited to) updating Know Your Client (KYC) information, client suitability profile, hosting client meetings, monitoring funds/asset transfer and handling client ad-hoc queries.
5. Collaborate with the other integrated team members to provide a high quality of client service.
6. Work together with other teams in meeting all compliance, regulatory, risk management, operational, and due diligence requirements and compliance with internal policies.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor in Finance and/or Business Studies or higher
2. Experience in investment work or investment banking
3. Proven client management skills and effective communication skills (oral and written) who can positively engage and influence clients as well as internal stakeholders.
4. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, and must be a team player and able to work with different business functions across the firm.
5. Operate with a high level of integrity and risk awareness.
6. Fluent written and spoken Business Mandarin is essential to support Chinese speaking clients from China.
