• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements, including but not limited to investment agreements, partnership agreements, and financial instruments

Requirements:

• Legal talents from leading law firms covering North Asia would be a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow FOMO Pay’s business in the Remittance and Digital Payment Token business unit

An Account Executive is an experienced, motivated sales team member who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new subscription agreements with some of the largest and most reputable firms in the market, as well as, managing and growing existing client relationships.
