Key Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Participate in content conceptualisation and development with the core team for monthly social media calendars, including copywriting, design and video work for TikTok/Reels
• Execute videography and photography content for the social media platforms
• Assist in content creation, working closely with marketing team
• Assist in KOL and PR sourcing and outreach

Requirements

• Aesthetic eye for content
• Strong interest and familiarity with Instagram and Tik Tok – always in the know on the trends
• Relevant videography and photography portfolio – hit us with your best shots
• Can shoot and edit both videos and photos (knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop will be a plus)
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

Job Description:

• Perform daily data entry duties and depot operations activities
• Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of daily movement report
• Raise estimates of repair of containers for clients
• Attend & respond promptly to customers’ orders & enquiries
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Qualifications & experience:

• O Level, Nitec or equivalent
• Min. 1 year working experience preferred
• Able to communicate in Mandarin in order to liaise with Shanghai HQ and PRC drivers (customers)
• Willing to learn
• Willing to work overtime / weekend / PH (as required according to Vessel / Container Schedule)

Working hours:

Monday to Saturday (Alternate Sat off) -8AM to 5PM

• Updating monthly mileage records.
• Driving a variety of vehicles, including motorbikes, cars, buses and trucks.

Job Description:

• To perform test using advanced instruments such as UVVIS, ICPOES, FIA, GCMS etc.
• To carry out testing of samples to deliver prompt testing result to customers.
• Responsbile for all food testing.
• To ensure that all machines and instruments are properly cleaned and well maintained.
• To conduct calibration and preparation of reagents when needed.
• Prepare yearly assessment and deal with the assessment by external audit team such as SFA, SAC.
• Practice good housekeeping in lab and always maintain cleanliness of lab.
• New task will be assigned whenever it is necessary, such as provide training to intern during their internship in the lab, etc.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in chemistry / food science or relevant field.
• Diploma in chemical process or relevant field.

The candidate will be managing a business unit providing consultancy services on Advanced Construction.

• The candidate will need to be familiar with Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DfMA) processes in the built environment industry under the national standards of DfMA technology.
• Possess strong project experience in DfMA projects.
• Strong ability and experience in marketing and sales.
• Any experience in leading product development of DfMA components will be an added advantage
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Architectural or equivalent from a recognized University
• Possess at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Candidate who possess more experience will be considered for a more senior role (eg. Senior Vice President)
