Learning Scope:

Client Relations

• Take charge of handling tuition requests via Forms & WhatsApp
• Ask clients the right questions to gather information efficiently
• Address clients' queries and concerns that they might have
• Transfer clients' requirements into a concise job-post format
• Provide after-sales service to clients (and tutors)
• Monthly check-in on existing client base for any feedback, staying connected and maintaining good relations with them

Tutor Relations:

• Broadcasting assignments via automated outreach channels (Email, Telegram, etc.) to our database of 50,000+ tutors
• Apply filters (eg. Location, Tutor Type, Qualifications) to tag each assignment to the correct target audience
• Assist in profiling, and marketing tutors in a way which captures the client's attention based on their needs
• Assist tutors with technical issues & application processing
• Clarification of agency's commission & policies to tutors

Business to Business (B2B):

• Take charge of MindFlex's B2B arm and work with tuition centres, government agencies & educational institutes.
• Schedule interviews (phonecall, online, face-to-face) between tutors and organisations
• Manage confirmation contracts & invoices for clients

Internal Processes:

• Work with customised back-end software, specially designed to fulfill the company's business needs & improve efficiency
• Maintain cohesive inter-department and intra-department relations, ensure good customer handover between colleagues
• Take charge of designating clients to various teams (traffic control), depending on each team's existing workload
• Maintain an organised record of clients for different departments to contact and follow-up with in future

Business Development:

• Analyse company's past data and trends, to forecast peak periods and develop relevant plans
• Active participation in Business Development meetings to brainstorm for process streamlining and automation
• 1-to-1 & consultations with MindFlex's upper management on strategy building for the company's operations
• Brainstorm & develop new streams of revenue for the company with Business Development Manager

Core Job Responsibilities

Lead a Model Classroom

• Maintain an orderly and clean Montessori prepared environment in accordance to our standards
• Provide close supervision to children, always making sure they are safe, and the group is in compliance with city-mandated teacher to child ratios
• Work closely with other Guide(s) to ensure a high-quality Montessori programming is established and maintained
• Present sequential Montessori lessons in accordance with the Guidepost Montessori program standards
• Observe each child, regularly document his or her progress, strengths, interests, and areas for improvement, and apply your knowledge of Montessori principles to ensure each child’s individual needs are met
• Interact with children in a warm, joyful, respectful manner that fosters their independence
• Implement feedback provided by other Guides, your Montessori Mentor, and your Head of School

Provide Exceptional Customer Service to Parents

MISSION
The mission of the Student Assistant is AESH (Accompanying person for students with disabilities).

Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the school psychologist, the student assistant will have to:

• Encourage and support the integration and the development of the student in the classroom or school, the acquisition of autonomy and understanding of school life by intervening in the classroom in consultation with the teacher. Write or manipulate the material that the student needs or apart from teaching time (interclasses, meals)
• Help the students to settle in the classroom (computer workstations, various technical aids), in order to participate in the activities of the class
• Provide assistance to school tasks when the student has difficulty in achieving the tasks required by learning situations under the usual conditions of efficiency and speed
• Perform technical actions that do not require a particular medical or paramedical qualification (hygiene gesture, assistance with displacement)
• Participate in occasional or regular classroom trips or school trips, if necessary, to enable the student to be integrated into all activities that enrich school learning
• Collaborate in the follow up of integration projects (meetings to develop or regulate the student's individualized project, participation in meetings with the family, meetings of the educational team, etc.)

Requirements:​

• Desired experience with children or teenagers with a physical or intellectual disability or learning disabilities
