Compile online and offline marketing data, and present monthly reports, to evaluate efforts and measure effectiveness; working closely with content and content marketing teams to monitor live campaigns, ads and organic content.

• Support for the client's sensing work – leverage analytics and social listening tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns to further strengthen engagement and re-engagement efforts, and provide insight to various youth trends and interest through an online lens.

• Provide additional support for ongoing tasks if required.

Requirements:
• Degree, preferably related to the field of work.
• 2 years of relevant experience in communications or equivalent.
• Proven knowledge and experience in multi-channel communications including mainstream media, social media, traditional and digital media platforms
• Familiar with social media and/ or email marketing. Understanding of other digital marketing practices and platforms (eg. SEO, SEM, web analytics, Google Analytics etc.) is a plus.
• Have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Comfortable dealing with statistics.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Possess a macro perspective of issues and an eye for detail.

- Bookkeeping and preparation of management accounts for clients on a monthly or annual basis.

- Accounting for GST for clients

- Preparation and generation of schedules required for audit

- Perform payroll calculations and preparation of the required payroll reports and returns

Requirements

- Diploma or BAcc/business graduates, ACCA graduates

- Good technical knowledge of accounting and GST

Role:

• Drive freight forwarding sales and business development efforts, targeting new business opportunities across the Southeast Asia region, including Australia.
• Manage and retain existing accounts while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored for both existing and new customers.
• Lead and guide the Business Development team to achieve short-term and long-term revenue and profit goals, including monthly and half-yearly targets.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to secure competitive pricing and capacity, optimizing sales revenue and profitability by meeting sales objectives.
• Stay updated on market trends and fluctuations in Air and Ocean freight rates.
• Regularly prepare and present the Sales team’s performance reports to the management team on a weekly, monthly, and half-yearly basis.
• Promote and manage in-house solutions, utilizing various marketing tools and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in a global freight forwarding company, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focusing on new business development.
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics operations, including Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, and Contract Logistics/Warehousing.
• Strong network connections with service providers in the Air, Ocean freight, and local transportation sectors across Southeast Asia and Australia.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations and communicate effectively across all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
