We are looking for a self-motivated Finance and HR Executive. You have the chance to be one of our core team to implement systems and procedures to corportise our business.

Our business includes a retail segment with 2 retail chains selling fast moving consumer goods and religious products, a property rental segment and a direct selling segment.

Responsibilities:

Accounting, General Admin Functions

• Responsible for the full set accounts and day-to-day accounting.
• Perform bookkeeping general ledger, AP, cash management, and bank reconciliation
• Ensure all accounting records are kept up-to-date and maintained promptly and accurately
• Handle all regulatory submissions including GST returns
• Process payments to suppliers
• Liaise with the external auditor and tax agents
• Report to the Directors and handle ad-hoc assignments.

HR Functions

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR function
• Responsible in payroll process, claims expenses, and other related matters
• Manage recruitment cycle including sourcing, arrange for interview, and salary proposal
• Process Work pass application, renewable and cancellation
• Coordinate with insurance agents with regards to cancellation, renewal, new coverage of insurances

Requirements:

• ACCA/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Possess knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Self -motivated. well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task

Requirements:

Job Description:

Clean-Tech is hiring Accounts Assistant (Full Time / Part Time) to assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, AR / AP Journals, full set or partial set.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.

Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Autocount software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Willingness to learn and grow within the accounting team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The IT/Desktop Support Administrator provides technical assistance to end users. He/She provides solutions or rectify computer problems for end users in person, via telephone or electronically. He/She provides assistance on the use of computer hardware and software including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

• Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to utilize the applications for Microsoft Office for support, reporting and documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to provide technical support via the phone; good phone skills, previous client service experience strongly desired.

REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities

• Participate in full project life cycle from requirements gathering to project implementation, maintenance and support.
• Be responsible for program design, coding, testing and documentation.
• Develop secure, scalable and good quality application programs and API within allocated man days.
• Perform data migration, data transformation and scripting.
• Have a passion for delivering zero defect codes and be responsible for ensuring the codes meet the expected SLA.
• Participate in continuous integration activities and automation frameworks for testing and deployment.

The ideal candidate shall possess the following

· Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent

· At least 5 years of project experience in application development/maintenance/support.

· Good problem solving & communication skills.

· Hands-on experience in transforming functional specifications into design specifications.

· Faster learner.

· Good knowledge in C#, ASP.NET, Web services, SQL and IIS.

· Experience in MS Sharepoint will be a strong advantage (particularly in the areas of webpart development and maintenance, migration services, complex server farm design/deployment/maintenance etc.)
