JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process accounting transactions
• Process & verify invoices & payments
• Handle Account Receivable & Payables matters and accounting reconciliation
• Data entry including keying receipt vouchers to the accounting system
• Verification of accounting document and data entry into accounting system
• Assist in GST report submission
• Assist in Quotation, PO, DO generation
• Consolidating Work Orders and liaise with PM's until closure
• Assist in preparing unaudited financial statements

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accountancy / Other Accounting certificate
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Accounts Payable / Accounting role
• Attention to detail and self-driven, able to meet deadlines
• Must be proficient in Xero Accounting Software.
• Ability to work independently

• Execute several phases of product development including verification, emulation, and validation. Additional contribution opportunities include the development of HW/SW, test plans, and tools to enable internal and external test/reference platforms.
• Conduct verification, emulation, and validation to ensure the quality of Marvell’s automotive Ethernet switch products.
• Develop tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the solutions.
• Research to understand corresponding automotive standards and design specifications to build test cases.
• Create documents used for the test: test plans, test procedures, test methodologies, and test results.

Requirements:

• Master in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and related areas.
• Solid understanding and experience with C/C+/Python programing skill.
• Knowledge of Automotive Ethernet protocols and industry standards.
• Knowledge of signal processing.
• Must be flexible, proactive, and able to work in a team.

Job description

*Overall responsible from project implementation, efficient use of resources till successful projects completion within contractual schedule and budgeted cost.

*Liaise with Clients, Building Management, Consultants, Project team, site staff and contractors to conduct regular site meetings and inspections for project progress update and monitoring of quality, contractual requirements and ensure their works are within the schedule.

*Ensure engineers, supervisors & foremen meets clients & regulatory requirements as well as environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times.

Requirements:
*Academic Qualifications: Min. Diploma
*At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Project Management, preferably in construction, or ID (Commercial/Retail) industry
*Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills, and ability to understand construction drawings.
*Able to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment.
*Self- motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
* BCSS Cert will be advantage

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:30PM, Saturday, 9.00AM – 1.00PM
