Job Description
• Carry out pre-tender quantity take-off (stones and tiles), obtain quotation to compose bid prices for purpose of tenders.
• Prepare Material List, monitor quantity of material delivered to the agreed total project requirement.
• Prepare regular progress claims within the stipulated timing.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities for subcontract work.
• Prepare progress payment certificates for subcontractor.
• Prepare purchasing document for review and approval.
• Co-ordinate with material fabricators/suppliers.
• Prepare minor Auto-cad drawings when necessary.
• Any other QS function as and when required.

Requirement:
• Degree in QS/Building or equivalent
