RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced School Counsellor to make their mark in a growing, school in the heart of Singapore. The successful applicant will be a member of the Coordinated Wellbeing Team and will be expected to contribute to the day-to-day life of the school. The School Counsellor is responsible for providing a range of counselling and guidance services to students from the age of 5 to 18. They will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and other school staff to address academic, personal and social issues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond effectively to crises affecting students and staff
• Provide mental health and behavioral counselling to students
• Recognize and appropriately take care of individual students' socio-emotional challenges

• Coordinate and facilitate groups for students, such as for improving social skills or addressing behavioral challenges

At our Senior Centre Centre, we aim to build a community of care for seniors residing in Bukit Panjang by providing daycare and physiotherapy services to meet their physical and mental needs.

You are responsible for the clinical safety and well-being of all clients in the centre as well as the care environment. You will oversee and supervise the performance of tasks in care plans by care team members and provides input in developing and reviewing care plans with the social service and/or healthcare professionals. The supervision includes the administration, daily operations, and maintenance of the care environment and provides advice on measures to ensure clients observe house rules as well as mitigate risk to the elders.

You are also the primary assessor for admissions and referrals to the Senior Care Centre and the primary reviewer for care plans proposed by the care team and the rehab team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the efficient day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring adherence to SOPs and policies, as well as relevant statutory requirements.

· Responsible for the preparation of MOH inspection, audits and licensing.

· Ensure clients’ welfare and safety through risk management.

· Perform intake assessment for all referrals and manage caregivers on admission procedures.

· Assist clients with financial aid applications and support schemes.

· Identify and implement operational improvements.

Requirements

· Possess a degree in social work.

Claims Management – Outpatient and Inpatient Medical Claims

• Understand and examine the provisions of medical policies to determine the patient’s/member’s level of medical coverage against the terms and conditions of the policy
• Provide accurate and efficient assessment of medical claims, validation, pre-authorisation of applications and LOG issuance
• Ensure evidence and claims information are documented and maintained in accordance to company compliance policies and SLA
• Work with the management team to share claim trends, analyse and interpret data in relation to medical claims and identify areas of improvement in the current medical claims cycle and SOPs

As a Lead Data Engineer, you will play a leading role in designing, building, and optimizing our data infrastructure, ensuring that it supports the advanced analytics need of the bank. You will oversee a team of data engineers, working closely with data analysts, DevOps team, infrastructure engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solution.

The role

You will be responsible for designing, steering, and continuously improving Love, Bonito’s global social strategy. You will play a key role in supercharging the brand’s social growth across key global social media platforms such as but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more through thoughtful and refreshing content and storytelling. • Lead the creation and execution of social media content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives; collaborating cross-functionally with relevant teams such as the Creative, Copywriting and Country Marketing Teams to produce such content.
• Oversee community interactions by responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.
• Lead in the ideation and coordination of social media activations, including IG Lives and social giveaways.
• Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performances using tools like Falcon IO and Tableau.
• Continuously test and optimize our organic social media channels, audiences, visual creatives, and copy.

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context and preferably with managerial experience.

PURCHASING COORDINATOR

1. Responsible for processing purchase requisition & sourcing of goods in meeting the requirements of internal customers.
2. Evaluate and control the performance of machining sub-contractors/suppliers.
3. Regular monitoring and update to requestors and the arrival of goods.
4. Negotiate contracts, keeping within budgetary requirements.
