This position serves as a project and implementation manager, as well as a deep subject matter expert to clients (financial institutions or third-party technology platforms) who have signed up for Visa Commercial and Money Movement Solutions’ suite of products such as B2B Connect, Visa Direct and potentially other card-based solutions. This is an individual contributor responsible for managing complex project and product delivery and taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions, using a variety of options from API integration, batch file processing and web portal system features, to meet our clients’ needs.  This role serves to understand, gather and document our client’s project requirements while providing system implementation, training and expert consultation on CMS product features and functionalities.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Provide quality project management and implementation support to Visa financial client institutions, processors and/or third-party platforms to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
• Lead projects for Visa B2B Connect, Visa Direct, and from time-to-time, other Commercial and Money Movement applications and platforms, including establishing clear project plans, status and expectation setting for technical migration activities.
• Create and maintain implementation best practices for money movement and commercial card products using project management methodology and payments industry knowledge.
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand product setup requirements, and facilitate product installations, conversions and maintenance requests without client impact.
• As a subject matter expert, acquire and maintain a deep understanding of our products to train and consult customers and internal stakeholders on optimum delivery and adoption.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project scope documents, project plans with risk/mitigation plans, status reports, and issue log.
• Report client project accomplishments and deliverables to management on weekly or monthly basis and consistently log project progress on Microsoft Dynamics, Teams and/or SharePoint.
• Build and enhance strong customer relationships with key Visa financial client institutions, technology providers and internal stakeholders.
• Represent client change requests, system or operational requirements, negotiate and manage expectations internally and externally.
• Manage alignment with client’s tactical and strategic initiatives while balancing against Visa deliverables and commitments.
• Proactively identify opportunities and implement recommendations to increase service quality and/or efficiency. 
• Work independently with minimal guidance for own assignments, be resourceful and must be able to take the initiative to resolve challenging and complex problems within the established deadlines.
• Stay current with industry and client trends and maintain a strong knowledge of Visa payment products and services.
• While the role is based in Singapore, you will be providing services to clients across the Asia Pacific region.

Job Description

• Ensure that centres / departments comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including Internal Data Protection Policies, through internal audits
• Finalise audit reports and follow-up on non-compliance to SOPs
• Discuss findings with respective centres / departments, where appropriate

Performance of Duties

1.1 The Employee shall serve the Company as Customer Success Manager or such other role as the Company may require from time to time having regard to the needs of the business and the Employee’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

1.2 The Employee shall perform the following duties, including but not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Maintain overall responsibility for managing the customer relationship. Be responsible for product adoption, renewals, customer satisfaction, and references on those accounts.
• Develop success plans for customers that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations
• Conduct regular meetings, including Executive Business Reviews, with the client stakeholders and make recommendations to ensure continued success with PROS Product Solutions
• Leverage internal PROS processes and protocols to resolve critical customer escalation issues and serve as the chief advocate for the customer internally at PROS

• Monitor and facilitate the customer’s adoption of PROS solution features and functionality while providing PROS with an understanding of their overall business needs as they relate to our products

• Proactively identify key opportunities to expand and deepen the footprint of the offerings at our customer accounts – land and expand
• Establish and deepen C Level and business process owner relationships across the client
• Educate clients on self-service tools, release processes, and other programs to ensure a successful partnership

• Manage the invoicing, accounts receivable, and other commercial aspects of the customer relationship

A Conrad Service Guest Service Executive is responsible for making the guest’s experience over the phone as pleasant as possible, by extending a warm greeting, assisting the guests with any special request and respond to any queries in a timely manner. What will I be doing?

As a Conrad Service Guest Service Executive you are responsible to oversee the Conrad Service Team activities and ensuring the completion of daily tasks. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Scope of services:

Perform as Admin Assistant located at the School’s General Office to attend to all general queries, eg. public queries and attending to the needs of pupils, to ensure all queries are corresponded to the public/student in a timely manner, receive deliveries.
