Responsibilities
We are hiring a team member for the "Marketing" role for Taobao Thailand, based in Singapore. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Developing and implementing Taobao Singapore’s marketing and user growth plans based on brand positioning, driving user acquisition, retention, and GMV growth.
2. Building good relationships with local media partners, creatively planning and executing communication content across channels such as KOLs, local media, IG, FB, TikTok, SEO, SEM, DSP, etc.
3. Regularly analyzing marketing activities and promotion effectiveness, and continuously optimizing.
4. Tracking market trends, responding to consumer feedback, monitoring competitor activities, and adjusting marketing strategies as needed.
5. Working closely with internal stakeholders (PR, media, design, industry operations, business development, onsite operations, CRM, etc.) to enhance consumer experience and achieve overall goals for Thai market.
Requirements
1. 3+ years relevant work experience in e-commerce digital marketing or of relevant work experience that includes digital buys, social, KOL management, data-driven analysis of campaign performance.
2. Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
3. Adaptive, creative and self-driven. Good organisational skills and detailed oriented.
4. Strong stakeholder and good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
5. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Thai & Chinese.
6. Comfortable working in a global company with culture diversity.

岗位职责
我们正在招聘负责淘宝泰国“市场营销”的小伙伴加入,需要Base在新加坡,工作内容包括但不限于以下:
1. 结合品牌定位和人群策略,制定和实施淘宝新加坡市场推广和会员运营规划,驱动会员拉新、留存以及GMV增长
2. 对于媒介渠道整体效果负责,和本地媒介伙伴建立良好合作关系,创意策划并跟进执行传播内容,渠道包括但不限于KOL, 本地媒体, IG, FB, TikTok, SEO, SEM, DSP等
3. 定期对于营销活动和推广效果进行数据分析,并持续优化
4. 追踪市场热点,跟进消费者反馈,关注竞争对手动向,及时调整营销策略
5. 和内部相关合作方(PR、媒介、设计、行业运营、招商、导购、会员运营等)密切合作提升消费者体验,共同达成泰国市场整体目标
需要TA具备哪些能力、经验与特质
我们的任职要求:
1. 3年以上的电商平台Digital Marketing相关经验,包括媒介采买,社群运营,KOL合作,以及基于数据分析的活动优化
2. 具备思辨能力,吃苦耐劳,并能多线程高效工作
3. 适应性强,有创新意识,自我驱动,组织能力强且工作细致
4. 中泰双语听说读写流畅
